When D.E.A. agent Mike Ryan (Gary Daniels) undertakes the huge task of avenging the brutal murder of the partner John Grogan (Matt Craven), he find he must fight both sides; the murderer and his double crossing police buddies. Now with the unexpected help of the lovely Jade (Julia Nickson), he must confront the new generation Chinese underworld want-to-be kingpin and fight like and out-of-place "White Tiger".

Highlight must be the 5-10 minutes of Katana chasing gang. Nothing fancy just slow speed bike chase. The star moment is where the hero chases a gang of black bikes on an 1100 Kat (not the US version but a full-blown honest-to-god PROPER Kat).
The film itself is drivel, DEA cop gets partner killed and seeks vengeance (yawn), finds woman on way, kills entire cast of extras and then kills the rest of the cast ....
