i would like to change my cylinder head gasket to a sheet metal head gasket. if it posible. it been a problem here buying the original cylinder head gasket. pls advise thanks email: wrqnavy07@yahoo.com.

Do you mean a home made steel head gasket?Or a specialised sandwich type which I have seen for GSXR types. Have you tried ebay uk as there are complte gasket sets on there for ok money . Remember it's the same as the GS 650 GT. Also try Robinsons of Canterbury in the dealers section of this site. They have an e mail and should have no problems dealing with you.

Ihave a 99 katana 600 with a bad motor.Can I putt a different year motor in it , and ifso what are the years? Thanks for any feed back everybody.

Jeremiah the bike you mentioned is not a Katana anywhere else in the world except the US . I say this as you've ended up on the wrong site. this is for 1980 's Katana's" the real ones". Here in the UK what you've got we call teapots and there is a site for them.
